We have made some changes to our Box Office
Firstly, we want to encourage you to purchase your tickets online. Follow any of the “Ticket” links on our show pages. This will reduce queues at the box office, reduce the handling of tickets and payments and help us to operate a safer environment. There are no additional charges when booking online.
A link to download your tickets will be automatically emailed to you using the email address that you input, once the transaction is complete. After downloading them you may print them off at your leisure or keep them on your smartphone ready to be quickly shown as you enter the theatre. You may also request tickets be downloaded to your Smartphone Wallet app or be sent to you by post for a small additional charge. A separate receipt for the card payment will also be emailed to you.
All Personal details such as your email address are used only by ourselves and are NEVER shared with any other organisation. We do NOT store payment card information.
The telephone service of the Box Office will only be open for ticket sales at the times advertised on the main Box Office page. Outside of these times or if no one is available to take your call you may leave a message and we will call you back.
The Playhouse Box Office telephone number is 01772 252288 (Option 1). The number for some individual shows may be different so please check the relevant show pages for the appropriate contact details.
Tickets bought at the box office now have to be paid for at the time of booking by credit or debit card and you will need to give us an email address for us to email the tickets to you. If you do not use email we may be able to post tickets to you or arrange for them to be collected at the Box Office when you arrive at the theatre. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay
Finally, tickets can still be purchased on the door if available but we prefer payment by credit or debit card if at all possible in order to minimise the handling of cash
