There’s something magical about the moment the lights go down in December. The bustle of Christmas fades, the band begins to play, and for a couple of hours the season feels exactly as it should: joyful, warm and shared.

Christmas Cavalcade returns to Preston Playhouse for another unforgettable festive celebration, bringing together the wonderful voices of Preston Musical Comedy Society and the magnificent Freckleton Brass Band for an evening packed with music, laughter and Christmas spirit.

From soaring carols and beloved festive classics to rousing brass favourites and sparkling musical theatre, this is a concert that captures every side of Christmas. Whether you come for the nostalgia, the spectacular live music or simply to begin the festive season in style, you’ll leave humming all the way home.

More than a concert, Christmas Crackers has become a Playhouse tradition. Families return year after year, friends make it part of their Christmas celebrations, and audiences of every age join together for an evening that feels wonderfully familiar while offering something new each season.

Whilst the pass permits free parking, it does not guarantee the availability of a parking space. We therefore recommend arriving early where possible.
