Exchanges
At the management’s discretion, Preston Playhouse tickets may be exchanged prior to a performance, subject to availability. Tickets can only be exchanged for an alternative performance by the same producers and any difference in value must be paid for. In the event that you received an e-ticket, this ticket will be cancelled and voided and replaced with a new e-ticket and booking reference.

Resales
Customers with unwanted tickets may offer them back to the Box Office to be re-sold. These tickets remain the property of the customer – the Playhouse Box Office will act as an agent in order to sell them on behalf of the customer. If we are successful in reselling the tickets, a refund will be issued less any booking fees and card processing fees. Preston Playhouse cannot guarantee the sale of any tickets returned even if the performance is sold out. Returned tickets will not be put on resale until all other tickets have been sold.

Credits & Cancelled Performances
In the case of Preston Playhouse cancelling a performance, for reasons beyond our control, you may exchange for another date (where availability permits) or you will be offered a full refund including any booking fees.

Preston Playhouse is not liable for travel expenses or any other out of pocket expenses, in respect of cancelled performances. We regret money cannot be refunded if you cancel or amend your tickets for a performance.

Reservations
Tickets must be paid for at the time of booking except by special arrangement with the Box Office for block bookings. Reservations will be held for a maximum of one month, after this time reservations will be released onto general sale, without further notice. Unpaid reservations are unavailable 7 days prior to a performance.
