All Tickets are non-refundable

  1. All tickets are subject to availability.

  3. Staff at the venue are authorised to refuse admission and reserve the right to do so if, in their judgement, your conduct is such that it is likely to disrupt or disturb other persons attending the theatre. The management of the venue also reserves the right to terminate your permission to be on the premises and remove you there from in similar circumstances.
  4. Every member of the audience must be in possession of a valid ticket. Altered or defaced tickets will not be valid. An email booking confirmation does not guarantee entry.
  5. Tickets must be produced when requested by a member of the Front of House team.
  6. The right is reserved to vary the advertised program and to add, withdraw or substitute artists and content as necessary.
  7. The right of admission is reserved including where entry is – delayed for late arrivals, refused or where a customer is asked to leave the premises.
  8. Food and alcohol not purchased at the venue may be refused entry.
  9. The recording of this event using any device is prohibited except by prior arrangement or unless otherwise advised.
  10. Preston Playhouse reserves the right to film and/or photograph any performance without the prior approval of audience members. If you do not wish to be on the film or captured in photography please make yourself known to a member of the FOH team.

At the management’s discretion, Preston Playhouse tickets may be exchanged prior to a performance, subject to availability. Tickets can only be exchanged for an alternative performance by the same producers and any difference in value must be paid for. In the event that you received an e-ticket, this ticket will be cancelled and voided and replaced with a new e-ticket and booking reference.

Customers with unwanted tickets may offer them back to the Box Office to be re-sold. These tickets remain the property of the customer – the Playhouse Box Office will act as an agent in order to sell them on behalf of the customer. If we are successful in reselling the tickets, a refund will be issued less any booking fees and card processing fees. Preston Playhouse cannot guarantee the sale of any tickets returned even if the performance is sold out. Returned tickets will not be put on resale until all other tickets have been sold.

Credits & Cancelled Performances
In the case of Preston Playhouse cancelling a performance, for reasons beyond our control, you may exchange for another date (where availability permits) or you will be offered a full refund including any booking fees.

Preston Playhouse is not liable for travel expenses or any other out of pocket expenses, in respect of cancelled performances. We regret money cannot be refunded if you cancel or amend your tickets for a performance.

Tickets must be paid for at the time of booking except by special arrangement with the Box Office for block bookings. Reservations will be held for a maximum of one month, after this time reservations will be released onto general sale, without further notice. Unpaid reservations are unavailable 7 days prior to a performance.
